When I asked Dave how long the Farm has been in business he said “almost forever!” The farm has undergone a few expansions; one in 1998, another in 2008 and another expansion happening now. The farm uses our Pasteurizer 2 Unit. This unit pasteurizes and thaws. Dave brought up how thawing saves a lot of money and time.

He also stated, “Previously we weren’t pasteurizing. We were using a lot of fake colostrum (freeze dried). We started using the Pasteurizer 2 a few years ago and there has been a substantial improvement in our calf health.”
